Express Insured Shipping — Policy Details
- Coverage: Express Insured Delivery covers loss, theft, or damage to your package during transit, up to the value declared at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable: Once purchased, Insured Delivery is non-refundable, regardless of whether a claim is made or the outcome of the shipment.
- Claims Process: To file a claim, contact us at info@fluffvale.com within 7 days of receiving damaged goods, or within 14 days for items never received.
- Exclusions: Insured Delivery does not cover shipping delays, consequential losses, or pre-existing damage not caused during transit.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@fluffvale.com. We will do our best to make the change before your order enters processing. Once an order has begun processing, we are no longer able to modify or cancel it.
